Director Robert Greenwald will be on The Ed Schultz Show tonight on MSNBC to discuss the soon-to-be-released fourth segment of Rethink Afghanistan, which focuses on civilian casualties. All week long, we’ve been releasing exclusive footage that offers a sobering look at the dire situation on the ground in Afghanistan in the wake of recent US airstrikes. Yesterday I wrote this footage ought to be aired on major news networks like MSNBC and CNN, in order for the public to be better informed about the war. Well, we now have a HUGE opportunity to air one of these clips on such a network. The only question is, which clip should we use?
Watch all four clips below, pick the one you think we should use on The Ed Schultz Show and leave a comment.
1. EXCLUSIVE: Air Raid Victim Tells Obama to Leave Afghanistan at Once
2. EXCLUSIVE: Starving Afghan Family Displaced by US Airstrike
3. EXCLUSIVE: Afghan Children Left to Die After US Bombings
4. EXCLUSIVE: Afghan Refugee Describes Horror of US Bombings

Hard to watch this stuff. Seeing the guy in the first clip lift his hand up to reveal a missing finger is pretty powerful (yes I know people have lost much more than a finger)..
If its not too late -
it would be nice to have someone speaking sounding calm slow peaceful even if we cant understand the words who is taking about horrors of the starving, shoeless, cold, fearful disabled and children and how the Taliban is targeting US troops and with them civilians.
i like the 4th clip because it includes the history of the Russians invading and accomplishing nothing…eeerily similar to the U.S's involvement today.
The forth clip does have an eerie feel to it that brings home the fact all this is pointless to these people they just want everyone to go away. Different countries invade same story invade as friend or foe, same story. When war games are played on their playground they seem to be the only losers.
